We ONLY accept cash, checks, and cashiers checks, Thank you.
All Orders will be sent after payment has been received.
Delivery Policy
Upon finalization, the order will be shipped and the customer will receive a tracking number. We ship UPS, USPS or Ground Freight based on what makes the most sense for the order and is most economical for the customer.
We ship items fully insured. Lost or damaged items are subject to the shippers claims process. We will do our best to quickly replace lost/damaged items or we will provide a refund.
Refunds and Returns Policy
We do not offer refunds on original parts, or parts sold on consignment, unless verbally specified. Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days on reproduction parts. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we offer refunds at our discretion and may charge a 15% restocking fee. If the part flawed or incorrectly represented we will provide a full refund.
All returns/exchanges must be discussed and an agreement will be reached before shipping the item back. In some cases we may provide a return shipping label.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 business days.
You may also choose to use the refunded amount as in-store credit.
