Payment Policy

We accept Credit Cards, Personal Checks, Cashiers Checks and Paypal.

Credit card and ACH payments are processed through Intuit Payments Inc.

A discount will be given for purchases made with Check, money order or Paypal “friends and family”.

Credit card purchase on the website will be pre-authorized as “pending” until the order is reviewed. This review is to ensure the part is in stock, or can be delivered on a timeline that is acceptable to the customer. Adjustment to the order will be made at this time. This can include adjustment of shipping charges as the shipping calculator often greatly overcharges for multi-item orders.

Delivery Policy

Upon finalization of the order, the credit card will be process, the order will be shipped and the customer will receive a tracking number. We ship UPS, USPS or Ground Freight based on what makes the most sense for the order and is most economical for the customer.

We ship items fully insured. Lost or damaged items are subject to the shippers claims process. We will do our best to quickly replace lost/damaged items or we will provide a refund.

Refunds and Returns Policy

We do not offer refunds on original parts, or parts sold on consignment, unless verbally specified. Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days on reproduction parts. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we offer refunds at our discretion and may charge a 15% restocking fee. If the part flawed or incorrectly represented we will provide a full refund.

All returns/exchanges must be discussed with Jesse and an agreement reached before shipping the item back. In some cases we may provide a return shipping label.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will call you send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

if your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

You may also choose to use the refunded amount as in-store credit.
