CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGES/DAMAGES/ LOST ITEMS
All claims for shortages/damages/lost items must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
DAMAGE OR LOST ITEMS
INSPECT IMMEDIATELY
As soon as you receive your package, inspect the item and packaging for any damage.
Document Damage
Take clear photos and videos of the damaged item and its packaging.
Contact SPR @ info@shelbyparts.com
Inform SPR aboutthe damage/lost items within 48 hours or recieving your package(s).
Keep Everything
Do not discard the box, packing materials, or labels, as SPR or carrier may need them to process a claim or return.
RETURNS
All merchandise is in good condition or is advertised “Sold as is” when it leaves SPR. All sales at SPR are considered final and returns for any reason must be authorized in advance. No returns on electrical items. All returns must have a return authorization number marked on the OUTSIDE of the package. Unauthorized and COD returns will be refused. You have 30 days to return items not wanted.
TO OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
To obtain a return authorization number, please email info@shelbyparts.com. You must do this within 30 days and have your original invoice number.
